To help identify the style and focus of each class I have used the following key…

Cardiovascular Focus πŸ’“

These class have a significant focus on increasing your heart rate in order to improve cardiovascular fitness.

Strength & Conditioning Focus πŸ’ͺ

These classes are particularly focused on building muscular strength using various types of weights or bodyweight (Calisthenics)

Mobility Focus πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

Whist all classes include a mobility warm up and cool down, these classes include a significant mobility element which is highly recommended to include as part of your overall training routine

Exercise to Music 🎡

We move to the beat in these classes which helps keep you motivated, helps improve coordination and proprioception… and adds to the fun!

Outdoors 🌳

This class takes place outdoors. Exercising outdoors comes with a host of health benefits including boosting your immune system, improving mood, and reducing anxiety

Saturday and Sunday lunchtime fun!
