Pump it Up

We will be pumping dumbbells in time to a pumping playlist! We will be using low weights and high reps to get your upper body pumped! This will be a full body workout, but with a strong upper body focus. You can expect to work your shoulders, biceps, triceps, back and chest all in one class! Featuring an eclectic playlist of classics from across the decades although this may be disproportionately weighted towards the 90s! I am also taking special requests... let me know your favourite tunes!
