Recover Corner

The Recover Corner features…

  • a HealthMate Infrared sauna which will be heated to 65 degrees celcius

  • a Lumi Pro Pod cold plunge which will be filtered and chilled to approximately 8-10 degrees celcius

  • A choice of Level 1 and Level 2 Shakti accuppressure mats and pillows

  • A selection of vibrating foam rollers

  • A Theragun Massage Gun with a choice of 4 heads and 3 speeds

  • A wide selection of trigger point balls in various sizes and pressures

  • A specially created bespoke artisinal tea from SoberLeaf

  • Towels, flip flops, hairdryer, shower gel, shower caps and shampoos provided

The Recover Corner is available to be booked for a one hour session with 22 timeslots available per week (subject to holidays). Each session is available to be booked by upto 2 people. If you would prefer to book both slots and have the Recover Corner all to yourself, this option is available a reduced rate.

Member Prices:

Members are available to book ‘pay as you go’ at their special dscounted rates ranging from £10 for Mega Members through to £12.50 fro Starter Members. See membership page for full details
