This is a fitness class which utilises traditional ballet postures to help build strength throughout the body, but particularly the booty, calves and thighs.
This class will help you to feel stronger, as well as improving your posture and flexibility.
Plus you get to feel like a ballet dancer for 45 minutes!!
As with all my classes we will be focusing on having fun whilst working, with party vibes and great tunes.
There are 2 class options available…. Stability Barre and Strength Barre.
The Stability version is ideal if you need to work on balance and stabilising your joints, especially good for hip stability.
Strength Barre is the option for you if you want to work a little harder and develop great glute strength and tone.
