Suspension & Bodyweight

In this class we use just the resistance of your own bodyweight to truly challenge your body and build both strength and mobility. Want to build a strong body that will keep you younger than your years…. this is the style of training for you.

This is a circuit style workout focusing on using just gravity and your own bodyweight to build strength and mobility. We will be using equipment such as pull up bars, suspension straps as well as simply the floor and the wall!

Expect to try exercises such as push ups, pull ups, pistol squats, dips lunges and many many more. Please rest assured there are regressions for every exercise meaning anyone of any level of strength can take part in this class.
