Raise the Bar
This class is all about building strength using the most iconic of equipment… the barbell!
We will be doing a full body strength building session showcasing the versatility of the barbell.
All levels are very welcome at this class, even if you’re a complete beginner.
We will be using sets and reps rather than timed interval circuits to perform 4 lifts… one squat, one hinge ans 2 upper body focusing on opposing muscle groups.
This class will be limited to just 8 attendees.
