VIIT

Exercises are carefully selected so they can be regressed for those early on in their fitness journey or progressed for those looking to take their fitness to the next level. Work your way up through the levels, the progression you'll see will get you hooked.

Using a VIIT format (Variable Intensity Interval Training), you will be doing strength focused exercises interlaced with bursts of cardio making full use of the iconic Crystal Palace ruins and taking in the spectacular views!

This class can be safely adapted if you are pregnant or post natal. (Please message me before your first class)
