Join Laura Devonshire and me for our May 2026 Full Moon Retreat.
We will be celebrating the energy of the Full Moon with a wonderful yin-yang weekend of movement, fun, relaxation and meditation.
The Full Moon is an energetically powerful time, and is the perfect time for personal growth, transformation and releasing negative patterns.
We will be staying on a stunning farm in the High Weald in Sussex, which has been transformed into an amazing rereat space with stunning studio spaces, an amazing array of boutique accommodation, stunning countryside views, a cinema barn, a sauna, alpacas, sheep and peacocks! We will have the entire farm to ourselves and there will be plenty of time to explore the grounds. Hopefully the weather will be on our side and we will be able to take long country walks or runs in between sessions.
We will have a veritable vegan feast prepared for us every day by the talented Zoe Marks. Zoe offers plant-based meals made with fresh, seasonal ingredients—nourishing, colourful, and full of flavour. Cooked with care for both people and planet, it’s food that supports well-being and feels as good as it tastes
Please rest assured there will be plenty of healthy and hearty food to keep you fuelled for classes.
There are 2 sleeping options available…
Single occupancy in own area with double bed and own bathroom. Plenty of privacy! Options include barns, eco houses and shepherd huts. £675 each
Shared occupancy in main farmhouse or barn £525 each
Payable in 3 deposits. All prices include 3 nights accommodation, all food (8 meals in total) and all classes (7 in total)
We will have a whole host of classes throughout the weekend including Shesensu, Recover & Somatics and more. As is a full moon weekend, we will also inlcude something a little more active!
Laura will be treating us to her amazing Slow Flow Yoga and will of course a lush Soundbath working with the vibrational frequencies of Himalayan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Shamanic Drum and Koshi Chimes
