Recover!

This is a monthly session to give your body some much needed TLC. Whether you've been training hard and need to stretch out those tight muscles or if you haven't been moving enough and need to give your body some love, this session could be beneficial.

We will be starting off with some mobility exercises, followed by stretches and finishing with some self myofascial release using trigger point balls and vibrating foam rollers. Vibrating foam rollers have been found to be more effecient at aiding recovery post exercise.
