Join me on the iconic platform at the Crystal Palace Bowl, effectionately referred to as 'the Rusty Lap Top' for an Alternative Fitness Festival.
Featuring 4 'alternative' mini fitness classes, DJ AA on the decks, vocals from Natasha Pring and live Djembe drumming from Cheikh Diop.
All participants will receive goodie bags including treats from local wellness businesses.

VIIT 12:30pm
Using a VIIT format (Variable Intensity Interval Training), you will be doing strength focused exercises interlaced with bursts of cardio. Click here for more details and information.

Bass Camp 2pm
Bass Camp is a high energy mix of cardiovascular and strength focused exercises performed in time to the speedy Drum n Bass beat! For more details and benefits, click here

Retro Fit 1:15pm
