We will be focusing on how you can track what is happening with your hormones with a view to making the most of the high energy phases, helping you stabilise your moods and energy levels during the tough patches and help you keep a consistent exercise routine throughout the whole month.

I am qualified in exercise programming for perimenopause, post menopause, and pre and post natal.

I have a particular interest in the use of exercise to stabilise hormonal side effects such as mood, metabolism, lean muscle tissue loss, central adeposity (weight gain around the abdomen) and bone density.

Many of the mainstream exercise programmes and diets have been based on scientific studies involving data which is skewed towards men. I would like to help women train in a way which is more focused on the needs of the female physiology and mindset.

I offer personal training in person at Crystal Palace Park, at your home if you are located in SE19, SE26 or SE20, or at the Little Escape Studio.

I offer a one hour personal training for just £45 per session, or £24.50 each for two if you would like to join with a friend or family member.

For online sessions the rate is £35 for one, or £19 each for two

Small group personal training sessions also available. These can either be private sessions arranged for a group of friends or family members.

I want you to be able to try out a session first to check my methods work for you, so the first session is half price with no obligation to continue.

Private Rebounding

Rebounding is a great low impact, knee friendly cardio workout, plus regular rebounding actually helps with your body's lymphatic drainage. It is also great for strengthening your core and pelvic floor!

Rebounding is also great for combatting stress, and doubly so when done outdoors.

As it is skill based, it has the added bonus of helping with your mind and body connection, your proprioception and combatting hormone induced brain fog.

If you would like to learn to rebound, either to build confidence before joining a class, or you just prefer to learn on a private basis, then get in touch or book a session. Sessions can be one to one, in pairs or small groups. First session is half price!

Moon Camp for Teens/ Tweens

These sessions are primarily targeted at the age group from 10-18 years old, but if you have a younger child interested please get in touch. For this age group sessions are available for one to ones, but works especially well as a small group personal training. A group session can make it much more affordable, and can also be a great bonding experience for groups of friends or family members. I am offering special discounted rates for this age group.
