Open Gym Time
From 2nd January 2025 I will be opening up the studio as a workout space!!
Hate the typical gym environment? Looking for a safe space to do your workouts? Need some guidance on where to start? Looking for budget friendly coaching on how to lift safely? Then this might just work for you!
How does it work?
I will be present at all times during the session. If you would like advice or coaching, please ask me and I’ll be happy to help! If not, you are welcome to do your workout in peace without interruption. If you need inspiration you can try my COW (Circuit of the Week). Due to limited space please book in advance. Pay as you go rate is £10, you can use your class credits, or you can get an Open Gym pack of 4 for £25.
What times are the sessions?
Mondays 3:30-5pm
Tuesdays 10:30am-12pm
Wednesdays 1:30pm-3pm
Saturdays 1:30-3pm
