HIIT Snack

These ‘snack’ classes are short and sweet…. designed to optimise your precious time! You will be performing high intensity intervals with minimal rest. These sessions can be done as standalone classes when your short on time, or can be added to other classes to add intensity to your workout.

Mondays 6pm (before Box Fit) - Crystal Palace Park

Wednesdays (before Core Blimey) - Crystal Palace Park
