Welcome to a new Glow and Flow! We are back with a renewed focus on simple ways you can support your body throughout every stage of adult life. Our bodies need different things in our 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond. There is so much information out there and it can be a challenge to know where to start. We can help!

Our mission is to empower you with knowledge about balanced nutrition and tailored movement to help you thrive at any age.

The session will begin with a brief talk, followed by a low-impact flow-style workout using Aqua Balls and other fun things. In the workout I will incorporate resistance training that doesn't involve lifting iron in the gym. It will be both fun and informative!

Join us to learn simple strategies to keep you fit and healthy throughout every decade of your life.

There will be tips on nourishing food, improving your mood, and engaging in joyful movement to help you feel good!
