Frequently asked questions.

Do you do outdoor classes all year round?

Yes! Most definitely… I believe that exercising outdoors is extremely healthy and beneficial. However there is no denying that the British weather can be challenging. If it is raining or excessively hot (over 25 degrees) Crystal Palace classes will be under cover of the bridge by the Sports Centre. There is an old Scandinavian saying ‘there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothes’. When it gets really cold, I recommend layers and good gloves!! I’m also a big fan of leg warmers… but that’s just me showing my age!

Do I need to book in advance online?

Yes please!! Most of my classes have limited spaces, and also require equipment, so it is important I know how many peeps will be there! I also need you to book via the platform for boring insurance purposes as the platform incorporates a PAR Q form (Physical Readiness Questionnaire).

Do I need to be fit to come to your classes?

In short… no! All classes I run are adaptable for all levels of fitness and I offer alternatives for all exercises so everyone can get involved. I can assure you that there will definitely be no judgement in class on my watch…. that’s just not how we roll. If you do have any concerns before joining a class, please do get in touch… I’m always happy to chat.

Do I need previous experience on the rebounder?

No! Beginners are very welcome. Just come along to class 5 minutes early and I’ll show you the basics. All the routines are there for fun, so just join in with the bits you can, and just do a standard bounce for any bits you don’t feel confident with (yet!) Did I mention… it’s all about having fun!

If you don’t feel confident to jump straight into a class (pun intended) then I offer private rebounding sessions. The first one is half price and can be booked here

Why should I try rebounding?

Rebounding is a great low impact, knee friendly cardio workout, plus regular rebounding actually helps with your body's lymphatic drainage. It is also great for strengthening your core and pelvic floor!

Rebounding is also great for combatting stress, and doubly so when done outdoors.

As it is skill based, it has the added bonus of helping with your mind and body connection, your proprioception and combatting hormone induced brain fog.
