Mobility & Recovery

Whether you have been training intensely, or not moving your body enough, this might well be just what you need! This is a low impact class performing strength and mobility focused movements, with particular focus on hip and shoulder mobility. Think of the kind of exercises your physio might ask you to do - but more fun! We will be using water filled medicine balls, indian clubs and resistance bands to add resistance and intensity to your movement. The class will finish with stretches and self myofascial release using trigger point balls or vibrating foam rollers.
