
Mobility & Stability
This is a low impact class performing strength and mobility focused movements that are just what your body really needs! Think of the kind of exercises your physio might ask you to do but more fun! We will be using water filled medicine balls, reformer boards, balance boards, indian clubs and resistance bands to add resistance and intensity to your movement. There will be particular focus on hip and shoulder mobility and balance challenges.
All levels are welcome as various options will be given for each move.
